Great Communication

We recently purchased a brand new hot tub from Spas Etc in Bismarck, and couldn’t have had a better experience. We shopped at 3 other dealers in ND and SD, but none came close to the service and expertise at Spas Etc. We wouldn’t have felt comfortable buying a spa from anyone else. Their communication during and after the sale was above and beyond, and the delivery staff was top notch. You will not be disappointed doing business with this team!

Everything went Smoothly

We just recently purchased a Chelsee model hot tub from Spas Etc and we could not be more enthusiastic. The sales experience with Matt was amazing and even after stopping in numerous times to ask questions, his staff was always kind and ready to answer any questions. Throughout our install, our installers were amazing. Brad was great with our education and they were so helpful throughout the whole process.
